The hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful Botanical garden.

excellent english speaking reception staff, hotel very clean and comfortable we were pleasantly suprised that the hotel was so nice as the location is a bit rough This seems to be an area of immigrant housing including a caravan encampment just up the road but as 2 ladies in Lille for the annual Braderie we walked back and forth into town and were not hassled or accosted by anyone so although the area looks down at heel the streets are safe! Free underground locked parking is a wonderful bonus We will be back next year!

We had a room at the front overlooking the main road. This road seems to be a racetrack for motorcycle racing late at night/early am and although there are metal shutters on the windows it is still noisy.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to great transport links into centre of Lille as well as a nice area. Furthermore, it was just next door to Mosquee al Imane. Great bed, the room was functional and airy. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, the food was brilliant!

Excellent value and recently renovated accommodation. Excellent setting very close to the railway station, central Lille, and the Metro and restaurants. - Incredibly helpful staff with great local knowledge. - Very enjoyable overall experience.

The food here is excellent, the bar is good, and the location is convenient, as it's near a subway station, making it easy to explore the area.

I had a recently upgraded and beautifully maintained room in this tidy hotel. the breakfast was good. - the check-in was smooth. - Private parking was available onsite.

Parking

I couldn't help but feel like a VIP with the parking facilities at this hotel. It was like having my very own red carpet entrance, except instead of paparazzi, there were just a few cars waiting to be parked. It made me feel special, and I didn't have to worry about finding a spot on the crowded streets of Lille. Simply marvelous!

At 9.30, there was already a scarcity of food and drink options available. While I managed to get some orange juice and milk upon request, the staff's reaction when I asked for eggs was rather unpleasant.

The location was superb, very close to the city center, with great access to the metro.

The rooms were comfy and clean, perfect for a good night's sleep after exploring Lille. Plus, the hotel had a snooker and pool table for some friendly competition with my friends. We had a great time!

The only thing we wished for was a lively bar or lounge area where we could hang out and meet other young people. It would have been awesome to have a fun social space to wind down after a long day of exploring.

I loved hanging out in the lobby, it’s in a great spot close to highways and a nice area, plus just a 10-minute drive to Palais Rihour.

The staff here were fantastic and helpful throughout my entire stay.

Had an enjoyable stay for a business trip and the weather was warm. A wide array of food for breakfast, which was excellent to satisfy everyone. - the location was unbeatable. - the staff was excellent and efficient during the whole stay. - You could walk to the Christmas market and a market. - Porte d'arras tube station was some 5 minutes away, which was a plus.

The standard room is airy with fresh towels supplied. the location is particularly good and magnificent. - Personnel is very pleasant.

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas and there were a few things that we liked. the rooms were clean and tidy, which is always a plus. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. And finally, the hotel was located within walking distance to the city center and public transport, making it convenient for exploring the area.

There were a few things that we didn't like. the area surrounding the hotel was not very clean and felt a bit dodgy.
